Dear Member,

For those of you who don’t know me or are new to the Association, I’m Dr Maria Dugdale, UKRA’s Chair, and in my day job, Managing Director of Radonova.

Following the success of Radon Awareness Week in November 2025, we’re excited to dive headfirst into the New Year and ramp up our operations in 2026.

We plan on publishing monthly blogs, available to read on our website, and emailed directly to all our members. Alongside these blogs we’ll also be creating quarterly newsletters, exclusively for our members.

UK Radon Association’s management committee is currently busy researching how we can best support wider industries, not just our own. We’re looking to develop online training courses about radon awareness, and the responsibilities wider industries have in protecting themselves and others from the dangers of radon gas exposure.

If you see any other radon related news or updates that you would like to share with us, please contact the admin team (secretary@radonassociation.co.uk) so that they can circulate this through member updates and in upcoming blog posts.

I’d like to thank all of the Association’s Management Committee as well as all of our members for their ongoing support of our activities.
